Brief Answer:
Advise to consult an Otolaryngologist Doctor for Larngoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

If the chewing gum is stuck in your throat, then you may suffer from symptoms like foreign body sensation in your throat, cough, difficulty in swallowing, difficulty in breathing, etc.

The chewing gum would not be able to dissolve on its own.

It would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist(ENT Specialist) Doctor and have Laryngoscopy under local anesthesia to detect if there is chewing gum stuck in the throat. If detected, then the chewing gum can be removed at the same time.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
