Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that the given dose does not come in the toxic range and so I do not expect any problems. You need not worry. However, if any unexplained symptoms appear you can definitely take the child to the ER. You may wait and watch till then.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
