Hello,
First of all, please note that both Sinarest AF and Kolq-C has almost similar constituents. However, they should not be given to babies unless specifically advised by the Pediatrician.
Please let me know how much of the Kolq-C Syrup have you given to your baby and how long back so that I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
keep the baby under supervision for now...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Although it's not a very high dose, please keep the baby under strict supervision. Keep her in a head up position.
If you notice any excessive drowsiness, labored breathing/grunting sound, lethargy/irritability then please don't delay and take her to the nearby children's hospital for a quick check-up.
Take Care
