Brief Answer:
Increased TSH, bit deranged LFT

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

1. TSH values are increased a bit for the last trimester of pregnancy, as it should be less than or equal to 3.5
2. LFTs are a bit deranged with increased SGOT levels and gamma glutamy transferase levels. These can be increased in obstetric cholestasis.
ALP and proteins are normal, as per the changes of the pregnancy.
3. Hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose are normal for the third trimester of the pregnancy.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

For TSH value, is it a bit of concern? I will be visiting OBGYN tomorrow but what medication you would prescribe for the same. Though I will get it checked with my Gayne and get medication prescribed.

For LFT I have been prescribed Udiliv 150 mg (BD). Is it ok? Or should get dosage increased.

Brief Answer:
Thyronorm 25 mcg

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thyronorm 25 microgram can be started after checking the patient's pulse rate, blood pressure and temperature.
Udiliv 150 mg BD is alright, LFT should be repeated after 1 week.
