Brief Answer:
Unlikely to have serious trauma. Watch out for pain and respiratory distres

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

If you are not experiencing any serious pain nor respiratory difficulties , you need not bother much.

I suggest you watch out for any pain while breathing, or deformation on the chest. This might warrant a chest X ray.

for now, you need not bother for it is very unlikely you should any serious chest trauma as of now. However, you just need to remain watchful.

Thanks and kind regards,

Dr Bain
