Hello,

if you're talking about drops of blood, absolutely nothing would happen. If more than 50-60mL of blood are swallowed then your stool will turn black (melena) and you'll probably have diarrhea. No metastasis if that's what you're worried about. Metastasis involves invasion of tissues.
