Brief Answer:
Possible Organochlorous poisoning?Look for suggested symptoms and signs

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can understand your concerns.

I would like to know if this ALL OUT contains Transfluthrin or Prallethrin as its key ingredient chemical?

How much amount of liquid in ml did she consume ? 35 ml ?

First and foremost do not induce further emesis, as this may evoke seizures(convulsions).

Consider skin decontamination by washing with soap and water and removing clothing (place in plastic bags) as early as possible.

Avoid strong external stimuli to the patient, which may precipitate convulsions. Initiate cooling measures if the patient is hyperthermic (body temperature above 100 degree F).

I would like to know what is her Blood pressure and heart rate as of now?

Is there any pain abdomen?

Is there any change in the levels of her consciousness?

I recommend either of the following drugs to my patients in such cases of poisoning.

Activated Charcoal is the best way to prevent absorption.Administration in closed container with straw; may place on ice to improve taste in lowest dose will help. Best results are obtained when given within 30 min-2 hour of ingestion.

Sucrose polyester (Olestra) has also been shown to increase excretion of fat-soluble organic chlorine chemicals. Even this can be helpful.

Both the above drugs are have to given only under strict medical supervision.
Please check with your physician if he can prescribe them to you.

Additional drugs may be needed if she has other symptoms like convulsions.

In case if she is showing gross disturbances in the vital parameters like Pulse rate, BP, temperature, it is very important to shift her to emergency care.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
