Brief Answer:
Keep monitoring bp and plenty of oral fluids.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Don't worry, this medicine can cause low blood pressure, sever headache, giddiness. So keep monitoring your blood pressure every 2 hrly, drink plenty of oral fluids. Also keep sugar, salt water or ors ready, so whenever bp falls or you get giddiness you consume this. It's effect may last maximum of 24 hrs.
Otherwise it's not a matter of worry, normal dosage is upto 240 mg per day given in some patients. So should not cause any problems.
Avoid going out and driving, other risky activities like swimming, don't stay near fire, there is small but definite risk of giddiness and fainting. Also avoid heavy activities like running just for a day.

Detailed Answer:
As I mentioned earlier, you don't need to do anything at this moment. Because this much dose will be tolerated well. You just need to be vigilant for symptoms like dizziness, fainting and keep checking your bp 1-2 hourly just for 24 hours. If you don't have symptoms or any fall in bp like less than 110 systolic, no action needed. If symptoms are present and bp falls then consume 200 -300 ml or if needed more upto 1 litre of ors or sugar salt water which will solve the problem. Or else you can message back if any symptoms occur. Avoid the activities which I mentioned in earlier post.
And most important, no need to worry at all, 120 mg is not a very high dose, just monitor for its effect. You can get headache for which you can take paracetamol 650 mg. Drink plenty of water and other liquids. Avoid alcohol if any.
