What Are The Repercussions Of Overdosing On Trimethoprim?

Question: This morning I gave my husband Macrobid 100mg his last one. the dr at the hospital prescribed 2 a day his urologist prescribed trimethorprim 100mg one daily after finishing the Macrobid . I mistakenly gave him the Trimethorprim around seven pm now I realize it. He seems to be doing ok and he has gone to bed.
