Brief Answer:
Requirement is 600 IU daily for adults of your age.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Usual requirement for adults of your age is 600IU of vitamin D daily. Uprise 60 k has 60000IU vitamin D . If you take this dose regularly daily you can get toxicity of vitamin D. This dose is given for short term use in case of vitamin D deficiency. If taking dose this weekly once or taking 600IU tablets then it will be safe.
Toxicity of vitamin D causes hypercalcaemia which gives symptoms like decreased appetite , weakness , nausea , frequent urination etc.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
