It's good that no portion of the paint thinner got in to the eyes and/ ingested..

Yes, you've done the right thing, but i'd advice you to simply clean it again under cold running water with multiple splashes to the eyes too (in case it didn't get trickle in)..

Try to remain in fresh air for the next few hours, and try deep breathing for at least an hour or two..

As of now there's nothing else to do for the face , but remain vigilant for any reddish discoloration or tanned appearance, burning sensation over the area, in the unlikely event , may be a dermatologist consultation is needed..

No as of now, simply follow those measures as mentioned above and you should be fine..

I'd like to congratulate you as you seemed very lucky that the paint thinner has spared the eyes, but that being said, do remain vigilant for any type of blurring of vision/sudden burning sensation(i don't think it's likely, but still keep yourself under observation for the next 4-6 hrs)..also be watchful for any breathing difficulty..
