Question: if I Pill is taken three times a month..can there be sever damage?
Its only the first time that this has happened...and unlikely to happen again?

Brief Answer:
Deranged periods usually occurs

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety related to the issue
It is not a good practice to take it every time you indulge in sexual activity
This time as you have taken it three times it can cause delay in periods and erratic spotting but not ovarian suppression.
Also it increases the risk of tubal ectopic pregnancy so avoid it as much as possible and restrict its usage to only emergency situation like condon rupture and slippage.
So right now just wait for your period and from next cycle either start some oral contraceptive pills or use condoms always while indulging in sexual activity.
Take care

Thanks for the reply...
Some follow up queries...

Since it is the first time that i have taken multiple dosage, so i suppose there is no risk of cancer/future pregnancy issues. Please confirm?
Also, the increase in risk of tubal ectopic pregnancy is not immediate..rt?

With non usage/limited usage of IPill these things are unlikey to occur

Brief Answer:
Not a common side effect

Detailed Answer:
Yes mam, tubal ectopic pregnancy is not a common phenomenon and is usually seen in patients with diseased tubes or those with chronic pelvic infection but still should avoid emergency pill usage as much as possible.
There is increased risk of cancer with these pills.
Future pregnancy issues are not there but in case there occurs ectopic pregnancy then removal of tube from that side can result in decreased fertility for obvious reasons.
So avoid use in future though I know that you intend restricted use only but still wanted to reinforce the determination
All the best.

Brief Answer:
Just a healthy lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
No there is no such change required as the effect of hormone us washed away in 2-3 menstrual cycles.
Still in general adopt a healthy lifestyle in the form of restricted fast food intake and some daily exercise routine.
Eat healthy and stay healthy.
All the best.
