Question: hi my doctor advised me to give only 3.5ml of ascoril ls+ (Bronchodilator Mucolytic) to my child for a session instead by ignorance I gave 10ml at a session to my child aged 3 years 6 months. will there be any problem?

Thanks for your early response doctor! I really feel relaxed now. Doctor now expect this ascoril ls+, I have given correct dosage of medicines ( 1) Novamox CV Forty Syrup (Amoxycillin and Potassium Clavulanate Oral Suspension IP)
2) Zyrtec (Cetirizine Hydrochloride Syrub I.P)) for 3 times to my child and I found that there is no improvement in his cough condition, how long should I wait for the effect of these medication or should I consult the doctor immediately?
