he took one lexapro, one benicar and two spironolactone, lowest does of levothyroxine and liothyronine and oxybutinin. He usually taked metformin, meloxicam, omeprazole (same dose as he took from my meds), alufuson and toviaz.

Well the dose he has taken is not significant. Benicar is a mild blood pressure lowering drug but one dose of Benicar shall not cause his blood pressure to drop.
He may experience increased urination due to the effect of Spironolactone but nothing to worry . Ask him to drink a litre of water more than what hr used to drink.
He may also notice some stomach discomfort due to the extra tablets but nothing needs to be done . Avoid spicy food and non veg food today.
