Question: Good morning my friend ingested allout coil yesterday night, is that harmful that I should carry him to the hospital for gastric lavage or something?? Please help me i'm so worried

Yes it is harmful . Gastric lavage after 8-10 hours will not be helpful but you do need to take him to hospital for observation and treatment.

But there is no symptoms or anything sir and the quantity also was less like 2 inch he ingested still to worry about that I need to go to hospital for observation now??

Sir can i ask a little more favor that good hospital from our place is near almost 2 hours. So can you give me some medicines name or composition for this ??

Symptoms may not appear till something serious happens . I still recommend you to go to hospital and get treated .

No need to give him any medicines now by yourself . Just give him 2 litres and Salt water to drink and take him to hospital .
