Brief Answer:
One tablet should be safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
One 75mcg of thyronorm tablet swallowed by your kid should not produce significant issues.
But if he has swallowed many tablets then he needs immediate emergency room treatment including gastric lovage, Iv fluids, blood sugar, vital signs monitoring.
If you are very sure that only one tablet was swallowed, relax.
No need to worry.
At the most he can develop some mild symptoms like vomiting or diarrhoea.
If he becomes dull or lethargic, take him to your pediatrician.
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated.
Wishing your child good health
Regards
