Question: Hi
I was talking to someone I do not know who he was and I felt his saliva fell on my lips I do not know whether Hiv is transmitted
Knowing that I do not see open wound in my lips

I don’t know this saliva with blood or not

Based on your history I think you shouldn't worry because there is no risk to get HIV from his saliva in your lips.
Saliva cannot transmmit HIV, just in case that has blood on it.
