Question: I dont drink much water throughout the day nor do i feel the urge , my intake might be around .5 liters a day on average. What risks does it have on my health ?
Brief Answer:
No serious implications...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The current recommendations for fluid intake is drink as much fluid to quench your thirst. If you are not thirsty and have no other health problems such as constipation, kidney stones or indigestion then you are just doing fine.
So don't be worried. But make sure you don't go thirsty for long.
Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.
