Brief Answer:
Fibroid uterus, endometrial polyp
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
According to the ultrasound report, she had both uterine fibroids (subserosal) and endometrial polyp. The subserosal fibroid can be left untreated as long as it is not causing any issues and it generally does not usually cause fertility issues.
However, the endometrial polyp needs to be removed as it can cause infertility. The polyp can be removed through hysteroscopy. Removing the polyp will not affect her fertility, but rather improve her chances of conceiving.
