Add 7 yrs panic attacks 6months
30mg ir adderall 2/day
2mg apralozam 2/day as needed
The symptoms are for add and generalized anxiety, severe panic attacks

Thanks for reverting back to me.

The adderal is in safe dose range but the xanax is very high dose and need to cut it down.

For GAD and panic attacks ask your psychiatrist for alternative options like SSRI or SNRI group of medications.
