Question: Prescribed 20mg adderall xr 6months ago. Working wonders. Having gotten past my appetite irregularities and into a normal eating routine I am have slight pressure on my lower right side abdomen. I find myself pushing on it to reduce pressure but no pain from pushing or touching it. I'm 25 male 5'11'' and 180lbs

Adderall may cause abdominal discomfort as a side effect. I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Ultrasound of abdomen.
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
3. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
4. Stool examination.
You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals for relief. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
