Question : I forgot to mention the doctor subscribed clomid to boost my test maybe it's having some weird side effects or could I have a mild case of alcohol poisoning maybe ?

Your symptoms are suggestive of depression. Alcohol could have contributed to it. Clomid is unlikely to be a contributor.
I think you should seek professional psychiatric help and you would feel much better with the treatment.
