Brief Answer:
You should start feeling better if you are without medicine in your system.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

It all depends on the intensity of the symptoms and the damage that the medicine has done.
Over all you should start feeling better gradually, so I think that if you are not feeling better at all, you should consider doing another check to your doctor so they ca check what is going on and to rule out any possible other infection.

Doxacycline may give a fungal infection, or sunburn sensitivity, or maximum stomach discomfort but not very typical for the side effects you are mentioning.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
