Brief Answer:
Kindly follow the dosage as advised by your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam, Hi

Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.

Based on the data given in your question, a dose of 75 microgram/day appears to be the right dose for Eltroxin.

This dose is adjusted in order to maintain TSH levels within the lower half of the reference range (0.4 to 2.5 mU/l).

The main aim of Eltroxin treatment is to provide symptomatic relief.
Since your TSH level is less than 0.45 mIU/L, you are advised to have a repeat TSH test after 6-8 weeks of treatment with 75 microgram of Eltroxin.

Hope your doubt is clarified.
Should you need further clarification, do not hesitate to send the query.
Best regards.
