Brief Answer:
Liver supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone though your question and understand the concerns.
Kerablak tablets cause hepatotoxicity or slight effects on the liver, when taken for a longer duration.
You can take hepatic supplements like Liv 52 along with this drug to avoid effects on the liver.
You should consult your doctor as soon as there are symptoms like jaundice, loss of appetite, vomiting to assess the side effects of the drug.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
