I have generalized anxiety disorder I feel tired on macrobid and started worrying about how I was going to work tomorrow. So it's probably in my mind and not a side effect of macrobid . False attribution

Macrobid cause fatigue. But as you guessed, it is unlikely to cause the worry (although your concern is justified if you are feeling tired!).
The reason I asked is because sometimes allergic reactions that include shakiness and jitteriness can be attributed to anxiety rather than a generalized physical reaction. But that doesn't sound like what is going on.
