Metpure-XL H contains two drugs Metoprolol and Hydrochlorothiazide.
This is considered a very safe Anti Hypertensive drug relatively.
Most common side effects are hypotension, electrolyte imbalance, Low heat rate, nausea , vomitings, hearing issues, excessive urination.
It's not that Everyone gets the side effects. But thr list is long.
Once you are started on medicine report you'd Physician if you get any side effects. Rest side effects he will evaluate in your follow up visit.

can you sujest alternate to this because i am facing hearing problem as well nausea, excessive urination
