Nurofen plus is a good alternative and a perfect one to wean of norspan patches. use them as per need basis and start weaning off of the patches. Like one patch in 10 days for 7 days then next for 6 days in 12 days then 5 in 14 days and then 4 in 18 days and slowly reducing.
