What Are The Side Effects Of Oral Finasteride?
Question: Hi,
I am 24 years old and have been facing hair loss for over an year now.It started when i shifted to another place for higher studies and found that the place also had extreme winters. Hair fall started in winters and has not stopped till now.A doctor has prescribed me Androfol-M and Morr F (minoxidil & Finasteride lipid solution) for topical application and PITORID-Z scalp lotion..He also said the hair fall is in the early stage.
I have heard some really bad side effects about finasteride. Not sure now if i should continue after i heard of them.Just about to start these medications.Please suggest what i should do.
I have had three small surgeries until now. Two for kidney stones and one for appendicitis.All in the last three years.If this information matters.
I smoke cigarettes on an average of 5-8 a day.
