Brief Answer:
It is unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

The medication you are taking generally do not cause chills for intermittent period. Among the three medicines zoloft may be responsible for this provided you started zoloft in last one month. If you are taking all these medications for more than one month and you had the recent onset of chills and aches they are unlikely to be cause of this.

It is possible that the psychiatric condition for which you are taking these medication may be responsible for your symptoms. It is common for psychiatric patients to have residual symptoms that fail to respond to the standard medications.

Please meet your doctor and get reassessment of the problem. It may reveal the hidden depression or some other problem.

Hope this clears your doubt. If you have more questions feel free to write to me. I will be glad to answer you.
Thanks and regards
Dr Ashok
