What Are The Side Effects Of Setrona Tablets?

Question: Have stopped now for 5 days my antidepressants setrona tablets any side effects just down at the moment things not going right
Brief Answer:
probable withdrawal effects.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
Antidepressants (setraline in your case) when stopped suddenly, can cause withdrawal symptoms.
The most common withdrawal symptoms are:
1. anxiety,
2. confusion,
3. irritability,
4. disturbed sleep and appetite.
5. Fatigue and headache,
6. Brain zaps
To prevent these symptoms, gradual tapering of dose is recommended.
I would advise you to restart with your drug and reduce the dose gradually.
Keep a regular follow-up with your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.

feeling severely depressed dont want to call doctor it's not been a good week through personal issues trying like always to punish myself
Brief Answer:
restart setraline.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow-up query.
You feel depressed due to personal issues.
As you do not wish to connect back to your doctor, I would suggest you to re-start with your last dose of sertraline. This will help you to overcome the depression.
Once the depression resolves, consider reducing the dose then.
I would be happy to help if you have more issues to discuss.
you can also ask a direct query at your convenience anytime.
Thanks.
