does irregular consumption like continue for 2-3 days and then no intake for 1-2 months will make me habituated for BP medicine in long run?
Please suggest the alternate solution that can reduce the dependency on medicine.
Also please let me know if low vision is Curable??(related to eye problem).

Brief Answer:
Drugs should be taken regularly
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It is wrong to take any medicine irregularly. Blood pressure generally causes no symptoms – it is called a silent killer. The aim of treatment is to prevent complications and protect target organs – Eyes, Kidney, brain and heart. So, one has to take the drugs regularly.
Most of medicines for BP do not cause dependency. The drugs do not treat the cause (which is often inherited). They only treat the symptom – Blood Pressure. So, if you stop the medicine, pressure may shoot up again.
Some alternatives that help include salt free diet, regular exercise, relaxation techniques, yoga and so on… but they are limited…
Management of low vision depends on the diagnosis and its cause – only the treating eye doctor an predict correctly
Regards
