What Are The Side Effects Of Thermo Blitz?

Question: Hello. So I was taking these diet pills called thermo blitz. It came with 90. There's 82-84 left. That means I At most took 8. Never took more than 1 a day. However the last day i took one it made me extremely sick. Vomiting. Heart racing. Body went numb including private area. I went to doctor Tuesday, my urine came back normal. And they called me back yesterday and said my blood came back good. I'm worried it might be perminate nerve damage. Because today would be day 5 and my penis still doesn't feel like it has the past 20 years. I have no trouble peeing or anything. The rest of my body feels fine except for my penis which it does feel better since I first got sick. It was almost like I had a XXXXXXX stroke. Doctor did not seem overly concerned and said it could take a month before it gets back to normal. She didn't say anything about nerve damage or anything. Which when I looked it up that was the first thing that came up. However if 30 days goes by and it's still not normal I'll go back. And hopefully they do scans or something. I felt like if it was going to go back to normal 5 days is plenty of time. But I'm Also not a doctor. Good news is I can get an erection, but it feels funny actually yesterday it felt sore. I don't know if this is a sign I am improving or what. Just worried it might be perminate damage. Also it feels like my balls are hanging low even when it's cold. Like it doesn't shrivel up. I have been sleeping a whole lot cause I just feel really tired all the time. I slept from 8pm to 9am last night. Will I improve? If not and it's perminate damage is there a way to fix it? I have also gone through the ingredients of the pill you took and noted that it contains as following:
- N-acetyl-tyrosine, which is an essential amino acid and it is used to produce thyroxine, one of the hormones of thyroid gland. If taken in excessiveness, more thyroid hormone will be produced, and more of its effects will be noted as in your case: heart racing or general feeling sick. This explains why your doctor has said that your symptoms might be due to the pills ingredients that might have altered your thyroid function. Anyway, a thyroid function test will confirm or rule this out.
- it also contains caffeine, which is also giving the sensation of feeling sick with heart racing

What you are experiencing are temporary changes that I think it's due to the supplement you are taking. I advise to stop taking it until you'll feel good again. You can restart taking it anytime after getting good again.

Ok, it's fine you stopped using it. It will require a few more days to get its normal function again. One thing is sure: you'll get it back to normal although it might feel as funny during these days.

Okay. As long as it goes back to normal it can take a year for all i care. I have been drinking gallons of water a day. The worry is worring it wont go back to noramally however also feel very fatigued and sleeping a lot i dont know if that has sonething to do with recovery. But i know 100% it was the pill because i was fine until i took that pill and 30 minutes later it felt like i was having a XXXXXXX stroke. But thank you doctor 5 stars from me
