What Are The Side Effects Of Topisal?

I am 31 year male,. Last year I consult with dermatologist regarding dandruff problem but she diagnosed that this was psoriasis on scalp. So after consultation I started using Topisal - 6% (Clobetasol Propionate & Salicylic Acid Lotion) and one vitamin capsule and also she recommended not to use any oil on scalp. The psoriasis get cured for some months but again I am feeling the psoriasis on my scalp. So is it safe to use the Topisal - 6% again or does it has side effects, can I use oil on scalp?
Thanks,

You should use Topisal once again.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Let me mention that it is not necessary that everything will happen as we desire. Likewise, when something has some effect, it is not necessary that all of the effects will be as we seek. The undesirable effects are called side effects and anything (not only medicines) that has an effect will have side effect.
Psoriasis is hard to be cured completely and often tends to return. In case of relapse as in your case, it is important to apply topical steroids like Topisal. Let me assure you that topical lotions have very little side effects. Do not use it for too long as although it tends to resolve the problem fast, it also makes it likely to return. As of now, consider Topisal safe for your use.
I would insist you to refrain from use of oil on scalp.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

Follow the same process again.
Detailed Answer:
Yes, I would insist you to follow the same process again. However, you should still remain under the follow up of your dermatologist.
I would not recommend using T-Shampoo till for eternity. Use it off and on as required. Else, the effectivity would be gone.
