Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern...

As per your history it may be due to migrain problem.

The exact cause of migraines is unknown, but they're thought to be the result of abnormal brain activity temporarily affecting nerve signals, chemicals and blood vessels in the brain.

So I would suggest you to consult with a physician for detailed medical examination and treatment.

Along that you can try following things to help lessen your pain.

Scalp Massages. Applying pressure to muscles can help with relieving tension and stress, which are common migraine triggers. ...
Sleep. Too much or too little sleep can cause migraine attacks so take adequate sleep.
Physical exercise, yoga ,meditation helps lot.
Compresses, Cold or hot any that comforts you.
Maintain proper Hydration
Dim the lights and relax in a quite place.

Hope this helps , Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
