What Are The Side Effects Of Consuming Fennel Seeds During Pregnancy?

Question: I am on day 5 th of my 2ww.I ate XXXXXXX seeds yesterday will it affect the outcome also i did not knew channel seeeds also affect estrogen labels i eat it daily in small quantity. Also am trying not to bend but some times i bend down.will all this affect the outcome.

Your question is not clear. Can you please clarify what do you mean by 2ww ?
Do you mean you missed your periods and pregnant.? XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX seeds seems to be harmless for pregnancy.

I have done my ivf through donor egg. I am worried because i ate sabja( XXXXXXX seeds), fennel seeds also i bend down to luck up things a few times. I would like to know what will all this affect my outcome of positive results.

Hi
You need not worry about XXXXXXX seeds and oestrogen levels,because of IVF.your IVF consultants would have definitely checked and if found low would have supplemented with oestrogen.
You have not mentioned when you had IVF.Some studies shows fennel seeds will have some birth defects if taken daily from the day of conception in sufficient quantities till delivery.
But I don't think you would have taken in that much quantity .You can always stop from now.
Bending will not affect pregnancy but avoid lifting heavy objects.
