Question: What are the side effects of having Metformin Salt? I am on a prescribed dose of Glycomet 850 SR for last few years for insulin resistance (I had put on more than 10 kgs in a short span of time and was not able to budge by any amount of exercise or diet). Wondering if there could be any side effects of eating this medicine long term for preventing diabetes and weight management
