although inhaler gives me static relaxation , but i would like to know what basic problem i am having and can it be cured? , on an average in a year i take inhaler for 10-15 times .

Aerocort is having levosalbutamol and beclomethasone.
Levosalbutamol is short acting beta 2agonist ( SABA) and beclomethasone is inhaled corticosteroid.
Both are inhaled bronchodilators and used in bronchospasm.
Since you are having episodic attacks , more in night and worsening with weather change, possibility of asthma is high.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done PFT ( pulmonary function test ).
PFT is needed not only for diagnosis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease. And treatment of asthma is based on severity only.
