Question: Can you tellme the pros and cons of pre workout drinks? I am using Pre jym at yhe moment.

I read your question and i understand your concern. I dont recommend any over the counter or cheap publicity stunt for such pre and post work out drinks. Just be natural, use any home made fluid or meal, and focus on these 5 principles of pre work out meal and fluids.

Low fat
Moderate in carbs and protein
Low fiber
Includes fluids
Made up of familiar foods that you tolerate well

Ignore any thing made by some companies trying to claim and advertise more than necessary is just not advised and should be avoided. Just drink any home made fluid of 16 ounces at least an hour or two before pre work out and do the normal work out. It will help. Ignore rest of the stuff.
