Had bottle of benadine aside my bed , thought I was taking a sip water , feel fine now , what should I do, has 10% solution!
No symptoms

I guess you mean "Betadine". Since it was small amount there is nothing to be worried about.

In fact there are betadine gargles available and some amount through such gargles does go in the stomach.

So no need to be worried.
