Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.

I am a qualified medical doctor and a physician - Radiologist and have done residency in internal medicine and regularly have seen patients having problems like the one you are having in my everyday practice. Thought my experience and suggestion might be of help to you. I am trained in providing emergency care.

The mentioned expiry date in health supplements is an indication of time duration for the best potency of the product. Though it is routinely recommended that you should not consume such products beyond the expiry date.

Please do not worry, it is least likely to cause any adverse effect. Many vitamins retain their full strength for up to five years, although two years is generally a safe time frame for full potency.

You should take in lots of fresh juices and water to flush your system.

If you develop any symptoms like vomiting and diarrhea then please contact your health care provider for first aid and then write back to us should you require any more suggestion.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
