Question: Hi Dr. XXXXXXX i would like to get your opinion about the following pictures please. I noticed two spots the other day but im not sure if those are recent or not. Is it HPV related?

Hello
Thanks for uploading photographs.

The spots on under surface of glans penis are not typical vesicles of Herpes Infection.They seem t be due to Staphylcoccal infection of mucus secreting glads .
lcated in glans penis .

Take antibiotics lke Cefixim tice daily for a week .They should subside .

Ensure to clean the genital with warm water twice daily .
