Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache may be due to many causes and migraine and tension type headache are most common.
Brain aneurysm related headache occurs only when it ruptures and headache is of very severe nature with neck stiffness and associated vomiting.
You should take pain killers at this moment.
You should also visit and consult a physician or neurologist for examination and need for any CT imaging.
Sometimes upper respiratory tract infection and common cold can be associated with headache.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
