I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be ingrown hair most likely.
Is this lesion solid or fluid filled?
I can appreciate some redness around the area. Are there more lesions around this ingrown hair?

It seems to be ingrown hair.
I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
