What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Jock Itch?

default
Posted on Mon, 23 Nov 2015
Question: I'm a 57 year old male. For the last few months, I've had a skin condition on my genitals that I thought was Jock Itch. Symptoms are dry, itchy, scaly skin that tends to crack easily. When the cracks occur, there is some weeping of the skin as well. I've tried some of the over-the-counter ointments, such as Tinactin, but nothing seems to knock it out. It's been 4 months of this, and as you can imagine, it's pretty miserable. Lately I've noticed this on the webs of some of my fingers, and on the underside of one wrist.

Dr. XXXXXXX Hanif,

I am having trouble sending the photographs. When I try to put them in the "Upload New Reports" box, each photo comes up full size. When I hit the "x" in the red box in the upper right-hand corner, it gets rid of the photo, as well as the entire response page. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
XXXXXXX
