Brief Answer:
Otomycosis most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query,

Water entering into the ear can lead to fungal infection which leads to fullness in the ear. Try to avoid water entry by using ear plugs.

Use antifungal ear drops like Candibiotic ear drops 2 drops 4 to 5 times a day. Please get the ears cleaned by an ENT SPECIALIST.

Any further questions are always welcome.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards
