Question: yes I have a friend who is not feeling well at all she seems to be having most of the symptoms of menocogical meningitis . I guess what I am asking is if prosxaflo 500mg is a treatment for this or not ?

so only one dose of ciprofloxacin of 500mg is needed total or is it one time a day?

Ciprofloxacin is best and is required in a single dosing.
Alternatively, rifampicin 600 mg for 2 days (4 doses) and inj ceftriaxone can be taken.
