Brief Answer:
Symptoms and signs explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX it is very sweet to see you worrying about her and planning every little step.
You should immediately visit your hospital the day she
- completes 40 weeks of pregnancy
- starts having intermittent backache which also radiates to stomach and thighs
- sudden gush if watery fluid from vaginal area suggestive of rupture of bag if warers
- feeling of decrease in daily fetal movement count

These are the commonest starting events which precede true labor pains.
In case you have other questions, please feel free to ask.
All the best.
