I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

The symptoms mentioned here are not indicative of stroke.The most common symptoms are sudden onset of one side paralysis and/or with facial paralysis.Along with, slurring of speech is very common. Some strokes may cause sudden onset vision problems.
