What Are The Supplements To Be Taken During Pregnancy?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: Hi,
About 4 days back I got to know that I'm pregnant. Pregnancy app shows that I'm in 1st Trimester (4weeks 6days). About a month back I got my full body tests done and everything was fine. Is there something I have to immediately take care of? I have started to take good diet like lots of vegetables, pulses, curd etc. I take milk twice a day with Mother's Horlicks. Also take 2 fruits daily along with salid.
My question is - Is there something I should avoid in diet? What should I include in diet? Any supplements to start of with?
